60 Second Finance believes online privacy is a serious issue and actively works to protect the privacy of visitors and subscribers. Wherever possible we endeavor to collect as little information as possible and to anonymize information in aggregate.

Comments: Comments are the responsibility of the commenter. 60 Second Finance reserves the right to edit or delete comments when it believes such action to be appropriate.

E-mail (Inbound): E-mail sent to this site is considered property of the site, the content might be published. If that happens, we will not disclose any personally identifying information unless requested.

Email Subscriptions: Currently 60 Second Finance does not operate any mailing lists or external mailings beyond individual correspondence. In the future, the addition of such services is likely. All such services will use a double opt-in mechanism. Any e-mail addresses collected will be held in strict confidence. General aggregate information (e.g. number of subscribers) may be disclosed.

Links to External Websites: This web site contains numerous links to other sites. Due to the constantly changing nature of the Internet, we cannot vouch for the reliability of those sites or to the content of their privacy policies. We will not knowingly link to any site which poses a risk to readers.

Personally Identifying Information: To the extent that 60 Second Finance gathers personally identifying information (such as name and e-mail address) this information is used only as necessary and appropriate to fulfill the user’s interaction with the 60 Second Finance website. We will not rent or sell personally-identifying information to anyone.

RSS Feeds: We do not collect any personally identifying information from or about RSS feed subscribers, but we do record information about how people access the feeds themselves.

Web Server Traffic: We record information about how people access the web site in our server logs. This includes things such as your IP address (or DNS record), your browser, language preference and your operating system. This information is not tied to any personally identifying information and may be released in aggregate.

Privacy Policy Changes: In the event that there is a change to this privacy policy, we pledge to not require you to “check back here for changes to the policy” but will instead provide, at a minimum, a blog post detailing the changes and the reasons for those changes.
